In a world where many chase success, Kimberly Cano chose something deeper — significance.

Once a quiet professional teaching corporate teams about environmental safety, Kimberly has evolved into a transformational speaker, author, and founder of Kawaiola Life Design LLC, guiding others through resilience and renewal.
“I didn’t set out to be a motivational speaker,” she laughs. “It started with PowerPoints on waste management. But somewhere between explaining regulations and answering questions, I discovered I loved connecting with people.”

A Journey Through Shadows
Her life took an unexpected detour when personal struggles led her to Habilitat, Inc., a rehabilitation program in Kaneohe, Hawaii. For over three years, Kimberly focused entirely on healing — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Those years tested her deeply. “At one point, I saw my son walk past me without knowing his mother was right there,” she recalls. “That moment broke me, but it also became the seed of my purpose.”
When she completed the program, she returned — not as a patient, but as a speaker. “I wanted to stand in front of the people still inside and tell them: you’re not broken. You’re becoming.”

Her speeches were heartfelt and spontaneous — born from raw truth rather than polished scripts. “It wasn’t about impressing anyone,” she says. “It was about giving hope.”
A Voice for Change
After years of transformation, Kimberly’s voice now reaches beyond those four walls. She speaks on personal growth, business strategy, leadership, and the courage to live authentically.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: “You can’t keep what you don’t give away.”
That belief fuels her nonprofit, The Aloha Jigsaw Foundation, which she founded to help young people affected by wildfires rebuild their futures with dignity and love.
Through her foundation, Kimberly blends her business acumen and humanitarian heart — raising funds through speaking events, online campaigns, and community outreach. “Every talk I give is a promise,” she says. “To turn my story into someone else’s strength.”

The Era of Authenticity
Kimberly calls this moment in history “the age of being real.” Her upcoming speaking engagements focus on helping people embrace vulnerability as a superpower — both in business and in life.
She’s currently undergoing advanced speaker training to refine her message for international audiences, preparing for tours across the U.S. and beyond.
Whether she’s coaching entrepreneurs or inspiring communities, her mantra remains the same: Set goals that scare you — because growth only happens when courage outweighs fear.

A Legacy of Light
Kimberly’s story is more than one of survival; it’s a living example of redemption turned into leadership.
She’s proof that no setback is final — unless you stop sharing your story. “I’ve learned that vulnerability isn’t weakness,” she smiles. “It’s the bridge that connects us.”
As she continues building her legacy, one truth echoes through all her work: the power of the human spirit is limitless when guided by purpose.
