Blending Culture, Precision, and Vision
When Osman speaks about Rasa Group Global, there’s a clarity and conviction in his tone that immediately captures attention. He isn’t just building a coffee brand — he’s leading a global movement that unites the soul of Indonesian coffee culture, the precision of German engineering, and the bold entrepreneurial spirit of Dubai.
Headquartered under Rasa Global Investment L.L.C in Dubai, Rasa Group Global is expanding rapidly into Europe, Türkiye, Central Asia, and the Middle East. The company’s mission is to create an interconnected ecosystem that drives consistency, quality, and scalability in the world of specialty coffee and hospitality.
From Mechanic to Global Coffee Pioneer
Osman’s journey into the world of coffee began far from its origins. With a background as a vehicle technician, and degrees in IT Forensics and IT Security, he built a career in Car Cyber Security for major automotive companies. His path was one of discipline, precision, and engineering logic until a life-changing experience in Indonesia redirected his course.

During an extended stay, Osman visited local coffee plantations, learned about fermentation and drying techniques, and immersed himself in the heart of Indonesian coffee production. It was there, in Bandung, that a farmer asked him a question that became his defining moment:
“Osman, what is your vision?”
Without hesitation, he replied,
“I’m going to become the next Starbucks of Specialty Coffee.”
He had no café, no funding, and no brand — just conviction and purpose. Returning to Munich, Osman built his first café almost entirely by hand, alongside his wife. From laying tiles to designing furniture, every detail reflected hard work and heart. What started as a humble café became the foundation of a powerful global vision.
Engineering a New Standard for Coffee
The birth of Rasa Group Global came with one radical belief — that quality must be consistent, measurable, and replicable everywhere in the world.
In traditional coffee culture, consistency is one of the biggest challenges. A perfect espresso can vary drastically depending on the barista or equipment. Osman tackled this not as a barista, but as an engineer.
“If the automotive industry can use precision engineering to save lives,” he explains, “then we can apply the same logic to ensure the integrity of every cup of coffee.”
This thinking became Rasa’s foundation:
High Quality + Consistency + Replicability = Scalable Excellence.
Through digital workflows, precise machine calibration, and streamlined operational systems, Rasa ensures that every franchise from Dubai to Munich or Istanbul delivers the same perfect cup.
Building Strength Through Exclusivity
One of Rasa’s key advantages lies in its exclusive partnerships with Indonesian producers. The company holds distribution rights for specialty products such as coffee, matcha, cacao, and tea across Europe, Türkiye, and the Middle East.

This gives Rasa a strategic position in both B2B and B2C markets, allowing the brand to deliver authentic, traceable, and premium-quality experiences to its partners and consumers.
Beyond its own cafés and franchises, Rasa operates a consulting division that helps bakeries, restaurants, and coffee brands elevate their operations through training, menu design, and profitability strategies.

Osman still holds close the words he once told a farmer in Indonesia to build the next Starbucks of specialty coffee, but with authenticity, engineering precision, and soul.
As Rasa Group Global continues to expand, it stands as proof that true success begins with purpose and grows through vision, teamwork, and integrity.
